As a bioinformatician, I am focused on incorporating spatial dimensions into both transcriptomic and proteomic layers. My projects revolve around integrating multimodal analysis, with a particular emphasis on spatial transcriptomics and complementing this to the immunological expertise of the lab. This contributes to understanding immune responses and communication at the spatial and molecular levels, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Xenium, Merscope, Visium, and Visium HD.
