WHY I AM
Lucie MADRANGE
Technician
I worked on human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and the development of brain organoids to study neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, also utilizing CRISPR-CAS9 technology on hiPSCs.
Currently, I work on culturing human iPSCs and organoids, developing co-cultures with tumor cells and macrophages to study pediatric cancers and better understand tumor interactions in 3D models.
