Leslie DA SOUSA ROBERT
Graduated from Sup'Biotech with a cross-specialty in data science from ESME Sudria, I now work as a bioinformatician in Florent Ginhoux's lab. My journey began at the interface of laboratory and computer science, contributing to the characterization of CAR-Tregs clones and microfluidic-grown tumoroids, progressing toward machine learning model development for microscopy-based phenotype characterization. I am mainly involved in brain organoid models and anaplastic thyroid cancer projects. Major challenges include single-cell data integration across techniques, patient heterogeneity, and cell population consistency. I use predictive modeling tools to infer cancer progression patterns and the role of immune interactions in our models, supporting insights to the team's laboratory experiments.
